Natural responses during a pandemic

4. Create your own antiseptic hand gel

  • Pour into a bowl 30 ml of aloe vera gel
  • Add 5 ml of vegetable glycerin
  • Add 5 ml of vegetable oil
  • Add 20 drops of a mixture of the following essential oils: Thym, eucalyptus, ylang ylang, lavender
  • Add 15 ml of alcohol at 70 or 90°
  • Mix
