Niaouli shares many of the same properties with Tea tree and Eucalyptus (stronger properties than Tea tree). It is therefore a great oil to have at hand during the winter months when we are more at risk of coughs and cold. It is helpful to clear the airways and easing a stuffy head
Physical conditions: Bronchitis, respiratory tract disorder, influenza, sinus congestion, sore throats, coughs, colds, sinusitis, uterine infection, chickenpox
Directions for use
- Diffusion: Use 3 to 4 drops to diffuse up to 30 minutes 3 times daily.
- Topical: In case of dry cough with mucus, dilute 5 drops of Niaouli to 5 ml of carrier oil, and rub a small amount onto the chest and back every night.
